Jen Fondakowski, BSc is a research coordinator in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. She works under Dr. Emily Nagel on the NICU Stress Study which aims to understand how maternal stress impacts milk composition and preterm infant neurodevelopment. She collects data through biological samples (milk, saliva, and stool), as well as surveys, infant EEG, and body composition assessments.
