Ifechukwu Ezeilo is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in the Immunology Program at the University of Iowa, where she conducts her doctoral research in the laboratory of Dr. Jennifer Bermick. She earned her B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Her current research focuses on uncovering the mechanisms by which in-utero inflammation disrupts maternal-fetal immune tolerance and contributes to adverse pregnancy outcomes.
