I am a scientist specializing in the development of computational pipelines for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis. My research focuses on pediatric cancers and rare diseases, with a particular interest in uncovering the epigenetic mechanisms that drive disease onset and progression. I design and optimize workflows that integrate genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic data, enabling more accurate interpretation of complex biological signals. By advancing methods for structural variant detection, methylation profiling, and multi-omics integration, my work contributes to a deeper understanding of disease biology and the creation of innovative tools for translational research.
