Trevor Cabrera, MD is a 3rd year Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellow at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born and raised in California, completed medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine, and then went on to complete his pediatric residency at UTHealth Houston McGovern Medical School (Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital). He worked as a full time locum tenens pediatric/newborn hospitalist from 2020-2023 all over the country prior to returning to fellowship training. His interests include medical entrepreneurship, writing, community-based care and transport medicine. On his free time his hobbies include cooking, country line dancing and yoga.
