John T. Stutts, MD MPH is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Pediatric Medical Director at Abbott. He earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency, Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship and earned his Master of Public Health at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Stutts has greater than 23 years of experience as a Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition specialist in Louisville, Kentucky. He became the Pediatric Medical Director at Abbott in July 2023. He has served as an active member on the NASPGHAN committees for Public Education, Professional Education and Professional Development and currently serves on the Nutrition Committee. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Foundation.

Dr. Stutts has a passion for education in the written and verbal forms and is a sought-after speaker both domestically and globally.
