Manas Yadav is a freshman and Stamps Scholar at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Science Preprofessional Studies. He is also a research assistant at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Born and raised in Fishers, Indiana, he was a 27-week preemie and spent three months in the NICU at Riley Hospital, an experience that continues to shape his passion for neonatal medicine. He has been involved in neonatal research for nearly four years and is currently focused on neonatal hypertension and AKI. Outside of research, Manas works as a medical assistant and EMT, and enjoys photography in his free time.
